Executive Assistant to the CEO

I am looking for an Executive Assistant who can support me in managing this diverse and dynamic organisation.

This position efficiently and professionally manages the Office of the CEO.   
In providing this support the position exercises a high degree of initiative, discretion and confidentiality.
 
Primary tasks for this position include:-

• Internal and external relationship building and maintenance
• Internal system and process maintenance
• Support of the CEO in her role as Public Officer, contributing to Playgroup NSW’s compliance with the Incorporated Associations Act
• Meeting arrangement, preparation and follow up
• Ensure the effective operation of the CEOs work environment through screening, prioritisation and assistance with tasks and appropriate research
• Assist the CEO, Board and Management Team to achieve the strategic goals for the organisation

Experience
This is a great chance for an experienced administration professional to secure a rewarding and varied role in a values driven, community organisation. 

Previous experience in a similar role will be well regarded, but is not essential. 

PlayPLUS Facilitators and PlayPLUS Support Workers

We are interested in hearing from qualified Early Childhood professionals and experienced child care workers for upcoming positions in our Facilitated Playgroups.

Playgroup NSW runs a range of Supported and Facilitated Playgroups across the state and we are always interested in receiving Expressions of Interest from members and others who have a passion for Playgroup.

We are currently searching for staff to fill positions in the St George and Sutherland areas for our new PlayPLUS program.
